AI Caddie Sora

Local pilot notice

This development version stores your name, phone number, sign-in session, event participation, consent choices, and scorecards on the golf server. The database is separate from Encore retail records. Console codes simulate sign-in on your own computer; they do not prove phone ownership.

Joining an event shares your name and phone with that event's organizer. Participants in that event can view participant names, teams and scores, but not phone numbers. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately for each event. This version does not send promotional messages.

GPS coordinates stay in your browser. Distances use available OpenStreetMap geometry, are unverified estimates, and do not identify today's flag position. Trial and missing geometry is blocked. Scores and handicaps are unofficial; no GHIN service is connected.

If AI chat is enabled, your question and up to three of your recent scorecards (course ID, scores and completion state) are sent to OpenAI to answer. No participant contact list or GPS coordinates is sent. Without AI configuration the app uses explicitly labelled local guidance.

This pilot has no self-service account deletion or password recovery. For now the deployment operator must handle data requests. Formal operator contact details, retention rules, account deletion and production service terms must be configured before public launch. Do not open this pilot to public users yet.
